Stress generally is a major cause for many phisical illnesses such as allergies, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, eating dissorders, fatigue, hypertension, diabetes, bronchial asthma, heart ailments and much more.
And of course stress it’s basically the reason for most (if not all) mental health issues!

There are quite a few different things that you could do to manage stress such as physical exercise, meditation, deep breathing, massage, aromatherapy and many another alternative – stress relieving activities.
